Reflexology

Reflexology is an ancient form of hands-on approach to healing, using the reflexes of the body. The practitioner applies specific hand, thumb and finger movements to the bottom and sides of the feet. This allows the body’s reflexes to provide healing from within.

For this class, you will need a zero gravity chair, short fingernails with no polish, and a desire to work with feet with lots of hands-on training. Upon completion of the class sessions, participants will need to "gain practice hours" to complete certification from Julie.

Dates for the class are  7/13/21; 7/14/21; 7/15/21 from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m. Class is held at Collective Dimensions in Crystal. Participants must commit to all three dates. This three day class series will build upon itself. Four participants is the minimum # for class to be offered, eight is the maximum # of participants. No refunds or exchanges.
